At Smidge®, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in original condition. If your fit isn't quite right, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items with original tags attached and include the packing slip inside the Smidge® reusable mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
